Research on the Production Method of Virtual Fashion Show

With the groundbreaking advancements in virtual reality (VR) technology, virtual fashion shows have emerged as an innovative form of apparel presentation, becoming a pivotal platform for digital display and marketing in the fashion industry. To address the current absence of professional virtual runway production tools and the challenges of high costs and operational complexity in existing solutions, this study proposes a multi-software collaborative approach for virtual show system development based on physical fashion show planning workflows. A B/S (Browser/Server) architecture-based virtual show production system has been constructed, utilizing fbx/abc formats for cross-platform data interoperability to deliver a comprehensive digital solution encompassing virtual models, garment modeling, dynamic simulation, and show management. Experimental results demonstrate that this system significantly enhances virtual runway setup efficiency while reducing technical entry barriers, thereby providing robust technical support for the intelligent development of virtual fashion presentations.
