RPA Application in HRSSC: A Case Study of Implementation Scenarios at WJY Company

The current research looks into how Robotic Process Automation (RPA) technology is implemented in the Human Resource Shared Service Center (HRSSC) of WJY Corporation. A manufacturing company named WJY Corporation, which has 480 employees, was the subject of a study. It was found that RPA was implemented in three main areas - handling multi - source data for attendance integration payroll calculation (dynamic rules mechanism), The payroll calculation with a dynamic rules engine and social insurance filing which involves policy compliance verification can greatly improve the efficiency of transaction handling and considerably lower the error rates. A study showed that applying RPA in these areas led to a 94% enhancement in the timeliness of transaction processing and a 97% decrease in error rates. These were especially prominent in complex situations in the manufacturing industry. For example, in cases of three - shift work and seasonal labor changes. A 'three - stage' strategy for the digital transformation of manufacturing HRSSCs is further put forward in the study: (1) achieving a breakthrough at a single light - weight point; (2) cross-system integration; and then (3) endow with AI - enhanced decision - making capabilities. The paper in question puts forward a reusable implementation method for labour - intensive enterprises and verifies a practical path for small and medium - sized enterprises with limited IT resources.
