The mechanism and model for the collaborative promotion of technology projects and standard formulation based on big data analysis

This research addresses the critical needs for synergistic advancement of science and standards. Focusing on prevalent challenges in current standard development practices - including lack of systematic approach, coordination deficiencies, and institutional inadequacies. This project constructed a synergistically promote model for science and technology projects and standard development and conducted empirical research. Through 667 questionnaires, the main problems existing in each phase were analysed, and suggestions for coordinated promotion were offered.
