Spatial distribution pattern of tourism in Conghua District based on POI data
China's economic development model has transitioned from “urbanization” to “big city +characteristic town”. This study utilizes POI data to analyze the distribution and spatial characteristics of diverse tourism elements within Conghua District, Guangzhou. Research findings indicate that under the promotion of policies for the construction of characteristic towns, the number of tourism POI data in Conghua District has reached 13835 in 2023, indicating a stable overall development trend in the tourism industry.
