Research on Decision-Making for Intelligent Transformation of Enterprise Supply Chains Based on Big Data

A study was conducted on the technological implementation scenarios for the intelligent transformation of enterprise supply chains and the externalities of strategic choices made by supply chain member enterprises. An evolutionary game model was constructed based on the payment matrix derived from different behavioral strategies selected by suppliers and manufacturers within the supply chain. The parameters of the model were solved and analyzed, and numerical simulation examples were set up for further analysis. The results indicate that the strategic choices regarding intelligent investment by supply chain entities are closely related to the cost-benefit conversion rate of investment among different entities, and the equilibrium of the evolutionary system changes with variations in this conversion rate. In response to "free-riding" behavior in the intelligent investment of supply chain enterprises, the government can mitigate it through incentive mechanisms. The formulation of such government incentive mechanisms will also provide certain insights into the intelligent investment of supply chain enterprises.
