Data-Driven Analysis of Employee Competencies in Digital Transformation: How Interpersonal Skills, Integrity, and Professionalism Impact Sustainable Organizational Performance via Job Performance
In the era of rapid digital transformation, this study explores the interdisciplinary interplay between computer-assisted workplace dynamics and employee competencies. It examines how interpersonal skills, integrity, and professionalism drive sustainable organisational performance (SOP) through job performance (JP) in a Korean multinational manufacturing company in China. Utilising a data-driven approach, integrating competency theory, AMCM modelling, and structural equation modelling (PLS-SEM), the present study analysed survey data from 494 employees in order to quantify the impact of competencies on performance outcomes in the digital age.
