Progress of Combined Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Research on Gouty Nephropathy

痛风是由单钠尿酸盐沉积引起的疾病，痛风性肾病是源于长期高尿酸血症的状态，刺激肾小球，造成肾小球的炎性改变，尿酸和尿酸盐在肾小管间质内沉积，还会造成肾血管病变、慢性痛风性肾病，从而导致慢性肾损伤、慢性肾衰竭。中医根据临床表现将其归于“痹症、腰痛、虚劳”等多种疾病范畴。在临床治疗中发现，中西医结合的治疗方案成效更为显著。本文针对该病的发病机制、病因病机、治疗手段、研究进展及展望等作一综述。Gout is a disease caused by the deposition of monosodium urate crystals, and gouty nephropathy arises from a state of long-term hyperuricemia, which stimulates the glomeruli and causes inflammatory changes in the glomeruli, and the deposition of uric acid and urate crystals in the tubular interstitium, and also causes renal vasculopathy and chronic gouty nephropathy, which can lead to chronic renal injury and chronic renal failure. According to the clinical manifestations, traditional Chinese medicine classifies it as “paralysis, lumbago, deficiency labor” under various disease categories. In clinical treatment, it is found that combined traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment protocols are more effective. In this paper, the pathogenesis, etiology, treatment methods, research progress and prospects of this disease are summarized.
