Ac-conductivity and structural, magnetic, dielectric, and photocatalytic properties of Gd doped BiFeO3 nanoparticles
Gd 3+ doping in BiFeO 3 induces structural transitions and enhances magnetic, dielectric, and photocatalytic properties. Nanoparticles were synthesized via a glycine-assisted combustion method.
