Objective: Uterine diseases in cattle are often linked to bacterial infections, with various pathogens identified in the uterine lumen.Bovine gammaherpesvirus type 4 (BoGHV-4) is prevalent in parts of Argentina and has been implicated in postpartum uterine diseases. This study aims to investigate the gene expression profile of bovine endometrial cells (BECs) in response to BoGHV-4 infection in the presence of lipopolysaccharide (LPS) and to evaluate the therapeutic potential of platelet-rich plasma (PRP).application, ensuring both efficacy and safety in therapeutic settings.
