Análisis de Política Educativa en el Contexto de la Pandemia de Covid-19: Caso UAEH
This research contributes to the understanding of the complex interactions between educational policy, the exceptional circumstances of the pandemic and the needs of university students in the health emergency from Pierre Bourdieu's approach. Therefore, the experiences and perceptions of the students of the Institute of Social Sciences and Humanities of the Autonomous University of the State of Hidalgo are recovered, on how they faced the problems derived from the Covid-19 pandemic in the teaching-learning processes and the changes or transformations of the university educational policy in three analytical categories: student experiences, the teaching-learning process in educational policy, and social and technological interaction. As a premise, we propose that university educational policy has evolved with the challenges posed in education and in the conditions of the pandemic. The qualitative methodology used contemplated the focus group technique that explores the impact of government and institutional strategies and decisions that have modified educational permanence at the Institute of Social Sciences and Humanities. The results show that UAEH policies to address the COVID-19 pandemic were effective in terms of educational permanence but with a weakening of the quality and curricular compliance at the undergraduate level and increased emotional and health problems in students.
