A formação continuada na perspectiva de professores em exercício: necessidades, desafios e expectativas

The purpose of this study is to discuss the perceptions of high school teachers in relation to current continuing education proposals. The data was collected through semi-structured interviews and the organization and analysis was based on the principles of collaborative research. Among other aspects, the results point to teachers' dissatisfaction with the training proposals imposed on them and the importance of promoting spaces that allow for the exchange of experiences, acceptance and collective thinking about proposals for changes that are more in line with contemporary reality.
