Novel hollow carbon nanorings with biconcave structure for advanced potassium ion batteries
Using g-C3N4 nanorings as a self-sacrificial template and nitrogen source, and polydopamine as a carbon source, novel nitrogen-doped carbon nanorings (N-CNRs) with a hollow structure and biconcave morphology are created by a confined pyrolysis strategy, which can be used for enhanced potassium storage.
