ANALISIS KESELAMATAN KERJA MENGGUNAKAN METODE HAZARD IDENTIFICATION RISK ASSESSMENT AND RISK CONTROL PADA PROSES PENGOLAHAN MINUMAN ALKOHOL CAP TIKUS

Cap Tikus Alcoholic Beverage is a typical product of North Sulawesi which is a product of craftsmen that has economic value for the people of North Sulawesi. However, a study that specifically discusses the evaluation of work safety risks in the process of making Cap Tikus Alcohol has never been conducted. This study is related to the application of the HIRARC method to identify and estimate the level of risk criticality in the process of making Cap Tikus Alcohol. The study was conducted by conducting interviews, observations at the location of the cap tikus production and filling out questionnaires. The results of this study indicate that there are various modes of work accidents that are very dangerous in the process of making Cap Tikus Alcohol, namely "cut by a machete", "injury due to an iron barrel explosion" and "falling from a height". Keywords: Nira, HIRARC method, Cap Tikus Alcohol ABSTRAK Minuman Alkohol cap Tikus merupakan minuman produk khas Sulawesi utara yang merupakan produk perajin yang memiliki nilai ekonomi bagi warga Sulawesi Utara. Meskipun demikian, studi yang secara khusus membahas tentang evaluasi resiko keselamatan kerja pada proses pembuatan Alkohol Cap Tikus belum pernah dilakukan. Penelitian ini terkait dengan penerapan metode HIRARC untuk mengidentifikasi dan menaksir tingkat kekritisan resiko dalam proses pembuatan Alkohol Cap Tikus. Penelitian dilakukan dengan melakukan interview, observasi ke lokasi pembuatan cap tikus dan pengisian kuosioner. Hasil penelitian ini menujukkan bahwa terdapat berbagai modus kecelakaan kerja yang sangat berbahaya pada proses pembuatan Alkohol Cap Tikus yaitu “terpotong parang”, “cedera akibat ledakan tong besi” dan “jatuh dari ketinggian” Kata kunci : Nira, metode HIRARC, Alkohol Cap Tikus.
