PECULIARITIES OF ASSESSING THE BANKRUPTCY RISK OF RESOURCE SUPPLYING ORGANIZATIONS AND MEASURES TO REDUCE ITS LEVEL
The article is devoted to the study of the specifics of assessing and managing the bankruptcy risk of resource supplying organizations (RSO) — systemically important infrastructure entities. The work identifies methodological limitations of traditional bankruptcy assessment models as applied to RSO, and proposes an adaptive approach integrating hybrid assessment models, specialized coefficients, and adjustment of equity capital for the amount of state support. Operational optimization, debt management, state support, and ESG transformation are defined as key measures to minimize the bankruptcy risk of RSO.
