PRACTICAL ASPECTS OF QUANTITATIVE BENCHMARKING OF INDUSTRIAL ENTERPRISES
The article presents the approbation of the quantitative benchmarking methodology for analyzing key performance indicators and productivity of Russian industrial enterprises in the oil and gas sector. To conduct the study, a method was defined that contains indicators and criteria for measuring the productivity and quality of functioning of the companies under study. The method is of practical importance for maintaining a high level of competitiveness and sustainability of the business.
