ANALYSIS OF POSITIVE AND NEGATIVE QUALITIES IN TEAMWORK
The article presents the results of a study aimed at identifying key positive and negative personal qualities that affect the effectiveness of teamwork. The survey involved 133 students from Baikal State University who have worked in training teams for one semester. 1480 positive and 1310 negative characteristics were processed using frequency analysis, clustering, and comparative methods. The results showed that the most important for teamwork are working (activity, attentiveness, organization) and communicative (sociability, listening skills, non-conflict) qualities, while moral and ethical qualities (tolerance, altruism, loyalty) were mentioned less frequently. Laziness, talkativeness and aggressiveness are the leading negative qualities, which directly contradict the principles of effective teamwork. The study revealed an imbalance between short-term productivity and long-term sustainability of teams. Underestimating the moral and ethical aspects can lead to hidden conflicts and reduced cohesion.
