Fast, slow and reverse polymorph transformations in thin films of a 5,10-dihydroindolo[3,2-b]indole derivative
The polymorph transformation dynamics of a new, strongly fluorescent, organic p-type semiconductor (C 8 -C-inin) are explored. Depending on deposition method, film morphology and annealing, metastable polymorphs are stabilized or induced.
