The formation and implementation of the company’s financial policy implies adjustments taking into account the specifics of the activity, which in turn is predetermined by the distinctive features in terms of the organization of finance. The sphere of housing and communal services historically differs from other areas of business in the objects of finance, their quality. But at the same time, the goal-setting of this activity is similar to any other, implies ensuring a certain level of liquidity, profitability and economic efficiency.
