IMPROVEMENT OF THE ORGANIZATIONAL MANAGEMENT STRUCTURE OF JOHNSON & JOHNSON LLC

The purpose of this article is to develop recommendations for improvement based on an analysis of the organizational structure of Johnson & Johnson LLC. We analyzed the activities of Johnson & Johnson LLC, described its products, examined the essence of its organizational structure, highlighted its characteristics and application conditions, and demonstrated the impact of the organizational structure on its innovative activities. The main shortcomings of the organizational structure of Johnson & Johnson LLC were identified, and recommendations for improvement were proposed. It was concluded that implementing the organization’s strategy to adapt to changes in the external environment requires timely improvements to the organizational structure, including enhancing the interconnections and hierarchical organization of its divisions. Developing a scientifically based organizational management structure is critical to achieving the organization’s strategic goals. The implementation of the organizational structure improvement project will enhance financial performance and ultimately strengthen the organization’s competitive position, which is a key component of its strategic objectives
