SIMULATION MODELING OF THE ASSESSMENT OF THE ECONOMIC EFFICIENCY OF THE KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM AND PRODUCTION BUSINESS PROCESSES OF AN INDUSTRIAL ENTERPRISE

In the context of digital transformation of industrial enterprises, there is an increasing need to develop scientifically based methods for assessing the economic efficiency of knowledge management and optimizing production business processes, which is due to the complexity of the interaction of material, information and human resources, as well as the high dynamism of the external environment, requiring the use of modern analysis tools, among which a special place is occupied by simulation modeling, which allows reproducing the behavior of complex systems in various scenarios without significant costs for full-scale experiments. The article discusses the methodological aspects of constructing simulation models that integrate knowledge management processes and production activities, taking into account such factors as the dynamics of market demand, equipment depreciation, personnel qualifications and the introduction of innovative technologies, which provides the possibility of multi-criteria assessment of the impact of management decisions on key performance indicators, including product cost, labor productivity, speed of adaptation to changes and the level of competitiveness of the enterprise. Particular attention is paid to the analysis of the synergistic effect that occurs during the joint optimization of intellectual capital and production operations, as well as the practical aspects of implementing the results of modeling in the strategic planning system, which is confirmed by the data of industrial enterprises demonstrating a reduction in operating costs, a reduction in the time to market and an increase in return on investment in knowledge management. The conducted study allows us to conclude that simulation modeling is of high practical importance as a tool for supporting decision-making in conditions of uncertainty, contributing to increasing the sustainability and innovative potential of industrial enterprises.
