DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION OF CORPORATE GOVERNANCE AS A FACTOR IN INCREASING BUSINESS RESILIENCE IN THE CONDITIONS OF GLOBAL SHOCKS
In the context of increasing instability of the global economic environment, digital transformation of corporate governance is becoming a critical factor in ensuring business resilience. This study analyzes the impact of digital technologies on the ability of organizations to adapt to external shocks and maintain operational efficiency in the face of uncertainty. The research methodology includes a systemic analysis of modern approaches to digital transformation, a study of the practices of leading international corporations and an assessment of the Russian experience of implementing digital solutions in corporate governance systems. The main results show that companies with a high level of digital maturity demonstrate significantly faster adaptation to crisis situations and recovery from them. The study identifies the key components of successful digital transformation: data management and analytics, cybersecurity, process automation, digital platforms, human capital development and regulatory compliance. The practical significance of the work lies in the development of a comprehensive approach to assessing the effectiveness of digital transformation of corporate governance and the formation of recommendations for improving business resilience in the face of global challenges.
