QUALITY OF LIFE AND ORAL HEALTH IMPACT IN EDENTULOUS PATIENTS WITH COMPLETE DENTURES: EVIDENCE FROM OHIP-5 RESPONSES.
Complete dentures have a measurable impact on OHRQoL. While most patients adapt satisfactorily, individualized management, follow-up care, and improved communication are essential for addressing residual discomfort. The OHIP-5 is a valid tool for monitoring patient-centered outcomes in prosthodontics.
