Evaluation of Network Collaborative Manufacturing Capability for Textile and Apparel Industry
In a networked collaborative manufacturing environment, accurately assessing and modeling the manufacturing capabilities of enterprises is crucial for effective resource allocation. Focusing on enterprises within textile and apparel industrial clusters, and considering both the characteristics of the industry and the requirements of networked collaborative manufacturing, a comprehensive evaluation index system was constructed, covering four key dimensions: market, production, resources, and logistics. Subsequently, an evaluation model was developed by integrating the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP), the Entropy Weight Method (EWM), and Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation (FCE) to thoroughly assess enterprises' capabilities in networked collaborative manufacturing. Finally, a case study involving two enterprises within the textile and apparel cluster was conducted to verify the effectiveness of the proposed model.
