<i>In situ</i> construction of MnIn 2 S 4 /TpBpy Z-scheme heterojunction composites for photocatalytic reduction of U( <scp>vi</scp> )

Z-scheme heterojunction MnIn 2 S 4 /TpBpy was engineered and fabricated for U( vi ) photoreduction. U( vi ) was photo-reduced to UO 2 in the presence of ˙O 2 − and e − reactive species. The generated H 2 O 2 contributed to the deposition of U( vi ) as (UO 2 )O 2 ·2H 2 O.
