Biomarkers in chronic spontaneous urticaria for omalizumab drug survival: a retrospective analysis
This study aimed to evaluate drug survival after omalizumab treatment by using biomarkers. Findings suggest that eosinopenia/basopenia may predict shorter omalizumab drug survival. High baseline total IgE levels are associated with higher relapse rates after treatment cessation in patients with chronic spontaneous urticaria.
