Tricuspid Atresia With Anomalous Origin of the Right Coronary Artery From the Pulmonary Artery: A Novel Computed Tomography Finding
Tricuspid atresia is a congenital anomaly characterized by the absence of tricuspid valve and is often associated with interatrial communication and other congenital heart defects. We present a unique combination of tricuspid atresia with anomalous origin of the right coronary artery from the main pulmonary artery in a 15-year-old male child, detected on computed tomography (CT).This case highlights the importance of CT as a comprehensive tool for diagnosing structural heart defects and associated coronary anomalies.
