As a unique profit-making model in this industry, online live-streaming rewards not only bring substantial earnings to hosts and platforms, promoting the prosperity of the industry, but also give rise to a series of complex legal issues. For example, the legal nature of such rewards is vaguely defined, disputes over rewards given by minors occur frequently, and vulgar content in live-streaming is used to induce rewards. These issues seriously affect the healthy ecosystem of the online live-streaming industry and the legitimate rights and interests of its participants.
