Bandwidth Enhancement of Self-Injection-Locking Feedback Loop for InAs/InP Quantum-Dot Coherent Comb Lasers
We demonstrate a self-injection-locking feedback loop for InAs/InP quantum-dot coherent-comb lasers, achieving a 54.7% bandwidth enhancement and 35 dB peak intensity increase. The results reveal a power threshold effect across multiple wavelength channels, optimizing optical communication performance.
