Wide Tunable O-Band Mode-Locked Fiber Laser
A widely tunable passively mode-locked fiber laser operating at 1.3 μm is demonstrated. Utilizing a figure of 9 (Fo9) configuration with a nonlinear amplifying loop mirror, the laser achieves stable pulse generation across 120 nm, with pulse durations ranging from 10.4 ns to 58.8 ns. This compact source is promising for applications in optical communications and metrology.
