THE EFFECT OF BIORHYTHMS ON CERTAIN PSYCHOPHYSIOLOGICAL INDICATORS IN PRESCHOOL CHILDREN
Biological rhythms affect human performance and health. The article presents an analysis of the influence of daily biorhythms on mental processes and physical and mental performance. The study was conducted in a preparatory and senior group, and 39 children aged 5-7 were examined. It was found that the examined groups were dominated by children with an indifferent chronotype. To determine the influence of biological rhythms on a child's performance and mental processes, we analyzed the correlation between chronobiological type and physical, mental performance, and mental processes (memory, attention).
