WAYS TO FORM HIGH-QUALITY EDUCATION AND PROFESSIONALISM IN THE FIELD OF PROJECT MANAGEMENT IN DEVELOPMENT

The purpose of the study is to substantiate the conditions for the formation of professionalism in project management in development based on the logic of quality education and strategic building of the educational trajectory. The research materials include works on the theory of professional development and the practice of personnel development in the construction and development industries, as well as original author's cases. The article uses methods of theoretical analysis, comparison and design of the methodology. Research result: a structured system of quality education and professionalism in the field of project management in development has been developed. Conclusions: a) the fragmentation of formal-oriented learning leads to the reproduction of dysfunctional models of professional behavior; b) the ability to position oneself becomes the most important factor in consolidating a professional level; c) effective training of project managers in development is based on the coordination of the elements of formal education and the stages of project activity, the specifics of the industry and the real structure of responsibility.
