Design and Measurement Study of Salary Management System of Power Enterprises Based on csQCA Algorithm
Salary management is closely related to the development of enterprises and the work enthusiasm of employees. A reasonable construction of enterprise salary management system plays a certain auxiliary role in the performance appraisal system of enterprises. At the same time, a more perfect salary management system can better promote the efficient operation of enterprises. However, there is relatively little research on the design of the compensation system in power enterprises. As an important part of supporting the national basic development, power enterprises should establish a reasonable and perfect enterprise salary management system. This article mainly focuses the research perspective on exploring the influencing factors of the compensation management in power enterprises. And an optimized design plan for the compensation management of power enterprises was formulated based on the scores of each factor. This paper first calculates the comprehensive score of the salary management system by factor analysis, and then takes China M Power Company as an example, and proposes the salary management improvement path of China M Power Company under digitalization based on the csQCA algorithm. The research finds that personal education level is the basic factor to guarantee the salary management system, and the combination of professional skills and personal or future, overtime situation and position reward can maximize the promotion of the salary management system under digitalization.
