Application of User Experience Based Virtual Reality Technology in Intelligent Product Design

With the rise of smart products and the intensification of market competition, user experience has become the key to product success. This study explores the application of virtual reality technology based on user experience in smart product design. By analysing the four dimensions of user experience - sensory, operational, cultural and emotional - a comprehensive framework for smart product design is provided. Virtual reality is used as a design tool to verify feasibility and optimise user experience. Using the “Zen Smart Tea Set” as an example, the design process based on virtual reality technology is illustrated, including key steps such as 3D modelling, virtual scene construction and design export. The experimental results show that virtual reality technology achieves a high degree of user recognition of the 3D modelling effect, providing a realistic and immersive experience. User satisfaction is generally high, especially for the Zen scene and tea set functions.
