Construction of Risk Control Model for Low Altitude Economic Concession Financing

China has proposed developing a low-altitude economy as part of strategic emerging industries, with provinces and cities incorporating this sector into government work reports. Notably, Pingyin County became the first in the country to award a 30-year franchise for its low-altitude economy for 924 million yuan. This study aims to evaluate the financing risks associated with such franchises. It selects various risk factors by considering governmental and corporate credit dimensions and applies hierarchical analysis, expert scoring, fuzzy evaluation methods, and artificial intelligence technologies. The resulting low-altitude economic franchise financing risk control model accurately assesses financing risk levels, forecasts financing amounts, and determines interest rate safety zones. Enhancing financial institutions' risk management capabilities for low-altitude economic franchise mortgages, this approach significantly promotes effective resource allocation and risk prevention in the low-altitude economy market.
