MCD-based Automatic Labelling Machine Design And Virtual Simulation Research

The aim of this paper is to discuss the design and virtual simulation process of an automatic labelling machine based on the Mechatronics Concept Designer (MCD) in Siemens NX software. The importance of automatic labelling machines in modern automated production lines and their design requirements are outlined. With the rapid development of artificial intelligence (AI), the design requirements of automatic labelling machines include not only the traditional accuracy and speed, but also the requirements for data-driven and intelligent control, and AI technologies such as machine vision and deep learning further enhance their performance. The article describes in detail the design process of MCD-based automatic labelling machine, including mechanical structure design, electrical control system design, and human-machine interaction interface design. In the context of the digital economy, AI technology can optimise design parameters and implement intelligent control strategies. It describes how to conduct virtual simulation through MCD to verify the feasibility of the design and optimise performance. Combined with the AI algorithm, the accuracy and efficiency of the simulation model are significantly improved. The research results are summarised and future research directions are discussed, including exploring the autonomous learning capability of automatic labelling machines and the application of digital twin technology to promote their further development in intelligent manufacturing.
