Research on the Construction Process of Digital Twin Maturity Evaluation Model
As a key technology to realize physical information convergence, accelerate digitalization and boost intelligent transformation, digital twin shows significant advantages in real-time interaction between physical and virtual products, scalability and high fidelity, but in the process of realizing the full lifecycle management of physical products, it is found that there is a lack of basis for evaluating the maturity level of digital twins in different application domains. Therefore, this study explores three core dimensions: ① What is the digital twin maturity evaluation model? ②Why is the digital twin maturity evaluation model constructed? ③ How to construct the digital twin maturity evaluation model? The study systematically proposes three phases of the digital twin maturity evaluation model framework research: the indicator analysis phase, the comprehensive evaluation phase, and the optimization and upgrading phase, respectively, and provides a complete set of dynamic application processes of the digital twin maturity evaluation model.
