THE RADICAL STRUCTURALIST PARADIGM OF ORGANIZATION

This article examines the expediency of displaying a domestic organization using a radical structuralist paradigm, the fundamental aspect of which is the desire to preserve and strengthen the established order, led by the ruling coalition. The author identifies the tools of interorganizational dominance — resource dependence and institutionalization, emphasizes that institutions play a key role by exerting significant influence and controlling resources and exchange conditions, and highlights the features of organization and dominance in Russian economic prac tice.
