SYSTEMIZATION OF VIRTUAL ROLE TYPES AND THEIR INTEGRATION INTO THE HOLACRACY MANAGEMENT MODEL

This article addresses the integration of artificial intelligence (AI) tools into the holacracy management model through the conceptualization and formalization of virtual roles. The study identifies the key types of virtual roles (analytical, coordination, consultative, autonomous delegated, communication, and learning-adaptation agents) that can be implemented using modern AI technologies. Each type is characterized in terms of its organizational function, degree of autonomy, and correspondence with constitutional roles defined in holacracy. A correspondence matrix is proposed to facilitate the integration of AI agents into the organizational management system. Special attention is paid to the advantages of such integration (increased transparency, faster decision-making, automation of routine tasks) as well as potential risks (delegation of responsibility, ethical dilemmas, contextual loss). The article contributes to the development of an interdisciplinary approach to forming innovative management practices in the context of digital transformation, raises the issue of structural interaction between humans and AI, and provides a basis for further applied research
