Competition in the business world is getting tighter today, including business competition in the field ofprinting services. BRJ Digital Printing is a service company that provides printing services. Although thereare many competitors in this business, BRJ was able to survive for approximately five years byimplementing a stormy strategy. This study refers to BRJ employees who have positive business ethicstowards consumers. This is because it is very important for the sustainability of this company. The methodused is a qualitative method. After collecting data from observations, interviews, and documentation, it isused as a reference for employees to further apply business ethics in customer service so that consumersare satisfied.
