The Origin and Development of Human Language in the Light of the Holy Qur’an: A Linguistic Analysis
This article examines the origin and evolution of human language in the light of the Qur’anic concept. The human ability to communicate through intelligent, symbolic, or abstract speech remains a profound mystery to linguists, even in this modern age. Unfortunately, there are not many sufficient theories explaining how human language originated or why there are so many different languages across human communities. In the study of the sciencereligion interconnection, an in-depth exploration of the verses of the Qur’an related to human language can shed light on the questions that researchers are trying to answer. This paper unravels the origin and development of human language from the perspective of modern linguistics and the Qur’an, branching out into broader research within a monotheistic framework
