Functions and Practice Paths of Universities for the Elderly from the Perspective of Active Aging

本论文基于积极老龄化背景，深入探讨老年大学在新时代背景下的功能，同时针对当前老年大学发展存在的问题，从课程体系建设、师资队伍优化、资源整合共享、社会协同合作等维度提出切实可行的实践路径，旨在推动老年大学更好地践行积极老龄化理念，为老年群体提供高质量的教育服务，助力构建积极老龄化社会。Against the backdrop of active aging, this paper deeply explores the functions of universities for the elderly in the context of the new era. Meanwhile, aiming at the current development issues of universities for the elderly, it proposes practical implementation paths from dimensions such as curriculum system construction, teaching staff optimization, resource integration and sharing, and social collaborative cooperation. The goal is to promote universities for the elderly to better practice the concept of active aging, provide high-quality educational services for the elderly, and assist in building an active aging society.
