<scp>AUSS</scp> Assisted <scp>ACAF</scp> Technique in the Treatment of Ossification of the Posterior Longitudinal Ligament Extending to the <scp>C2</scp> Segment
The AUSS assisted ACAF technique effectively circumvents the technical challenges and complications associated with traditional open Shelter techniques, enhancing surgical precision and feasibility. This method is a viable, user-friendly, and effective approach for managing high-level COPLL with myelopathy. However, large-scale studies with control groups are warranted to further validate the universality and safety of this technique.
