Developing Customized Management Strategies through NLP Analysis of Personality and Communication Pattern in Venture CEOs
This study explores the intersection of personality analysis and strategic management in the context of early-stage venture CEOs, aiming to provide actionable insights for developing tailored business strategies. As Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies evolve, their applications in knowledge consulting have become both viable and transformative. In particular, integrating Natural Language Processing (NLP) offers new possibilities for understanding complex human attributes, such as leadership style, communication patterns, and decision-making tendencies. To this end, the research utilizes NLP-based techniques to extract personality traits from real-life message exchanges of earlystage venture CEOs.The study identifies distinct psychological profiles that correlate with specific strategic behaviors by analyzing language usage patterns, emotional expressions, and conversational structures. The results suggest that CEO personality traits-such as conscientiousness, risk-taking propensity, and proactive coping-play a critical role in shaping strategic decisions and leadership approaches in the uncertain and dynamic environments typical of startups.Furthermore, this research highlights the potential of AI-driven knowledge consulting frameworks to enhance managerial effectiveness. The proposed approach offers a novel way to interpret behavioral data and supports the customization of strategic recommendations based on psychological insights. The findings advocate for the broader adoption of AI and NLP technologies in executive consulting and strategic planning.
