This study examines how AI courseware and EdTech integration in digital schools affect teachers and change educational settings. The research subjects were digital leading schools selected to proactively promote digital education transformation to promote the Ministry of Education's "Digital-based Education Innovation Plan."As the Fourth Industrial Revolution drives digital transformation across sectors, education is evolving to meet these changes.A survey was conducted among teachers at these schools, using a 5-point Likert scale to measure changes in classroom practices. The results showed that the item "help in creating conditions for student-tailored lessons using various learning content" scored the highest among changes noted in classes. The average score for changes in teaching was 3.95.When examining differences across groups, elementary school teachers scored higher in school level, head teachers scored highest in teaching position, and classes with 10 to 21 students scored highest in class size. These findings highlight the need for continued and balanced expansion of digital education innovation. It is recommended that all schools support this innovation to enhance the quality of education.Furthermore, the study confirms the potential for AI courseware and EduTech to enhance personalized learning, suggesting that teachers require diverse applications of AI courseware and support for personalized education.
