Research Progress of Acupuncture in the Treatment of Chronic Non-Specific Low Back Pain

慢性腰背痛(Chronic Low Back Pain, CLBP)是一种临床综合征，是指持续超过12周的发生于腰部(肋缘以下、臀横纹以上、两腋中线之间区域)的疼痛或不适。根据病因可分为特异性与非特异性两类，其中非特异性占比85％左右。全球患病率约为30%，导致了劳动力的丧失和社会医疗负担的加重。现代医学常采用药物治疗、物理疗法等方法，但副作用较多，部分患者症状不能得到缓解。针灸作为中医传统疗法，近年来在CNSLBP的治疗中展现出显著疗效，其临床研究不断深入。本文旨在探讨针灸治疗慢性非特异性腰背痛的理论基础及临床疗效，以期为临床治疗慢性非特异性腰背痛提供新的针刺治疗方案。Chronic Low Back Pain (CLBP) is a clinical syndrome that refers to pain or discomfort that occurs in the lower back (below the costal margin, above the transverse striae of the hips, and between the midlines of the axilla) that lasts for more than 12 weeks. According to the etiology, it can be divided into two categories: specific and non-specific, of which non-specificity accounts for about 85%. The global prevalence is about 30%, which leads to the loss of labor and the increased burden of social care. Modern medicine often uses drug treatment, physical therapy and other methods, but there are many side effects, and some patients cannot be relieved of symptoms. As a traditional Chinese medicine therapy, acupuncture has shown remarkable efficacy in the treatment of CNSLBP in recent years, and its clinical research has been deepened. The purpose of this article is to explore the theoretical basis and clinical efficacy of acupuncture in the treatment of chronic non-specific low back pain, in order to provide a new acupuncture treatment plan for the clinical treatment of chronic non-specific low back pain.
