How Does the Departure Audit of Leading Cadreson Natural Resource Assets Facilitate RegionalCarbon Balance? Evidence from China
Climate change is exerting a pervasive influence on every nation, characterized by the escalating frequency of extreme meteorological events. The economic losses attributed to these disasters amount to 1.5% of China's GDP and 0.7% of global GDP, quantifiably highlighting the imperative for urgent climate policy responses. To address this challenge, nations embraced the Paris Agreement in 2016, committing to limiting global temperature rise to within 2C.As natural ecosystems and biodiversity face severe threats, the United Nations Environment Program (UNEP) is leading efforts to protect biodiversity, restore damaged ecosystems, and ensure the sustainable utilization of natural resources.
