Review and Prospect of Research on Rule of Law Education in China’s Colleges and Universities —Literature Review Based on VOSviewer Analysis

高校法治教育对于贯彻和落实习近平法治思想具有重要的理论意义和实践价值。高校是法治教育的主阵地，在学术界，高校法治教育始终是个重要且具有实质性的研究课题。新中国成立以来，截至目前形成了不少颇具分量的理论成果，总结和梳理新中国成立以来，尤其是迈入新时代后，高校法治教育的发展脉络和研究趋势显得尤为重要。本文采用文献计量学方法基于可视化软件VOSviewer，自知网CNKI核心数据库中选取发表的以高校法治教育为主题的研究期刊，从年度发文量、作者和机构、关键词三方面进行分析，以表征该研究领域国内外文献的发展趋势和研究热点。Rule of law education in colleges and universities is of great theoretical significance and practical value for the implementation and realization of Xi Jinping’s thought on the rule of law. Colleges and universities are the main position of rule of law education, and in the academic world, rule of law education in colleges and universities has always been an important and substantial research topic. Since the founding of New China, a lot of weighty theoretical achievements have been formed so far, and it is especially important to summarize and sort out the development of rule of law education in colleges and universities and research trends since the founding of New China, especially after entering the new era. This paper adopts the bibliometric method based on the visualization software VOSviewer, and selects the research journals published in the core database of CNKI from Zhi.com with the theme of rule of law education in colleges and universities, and analyzes them in terms of the annual number of articles, authors and institutions, and keywords, in order to characterize the development trend of domestic and foreign literature in this field of study and the hotspots of research.
