The importance of balanced coverage in photo documents of various, socially significant topics of socio-political and cultural life of society during the war is substantiated. The problem of disproportionate selection of sources of recruitment in favor of individuals has been tracked. Ways to improve cooperation with legal entities are proposed. The ineffectiveness and ineffectiveness of the Law of Ukraine «On the Mandatory Copy of Documents» in the sphere of acquisition of the National Archival Fond is indicated. The need to improve this legislative act was emphasized. References: 1. Boiko, V. & Kuleshov, S. (2023). The research was also carried out by analyzing the activities of the sources of the NAF as a dominant factor influencing the content of the documents, synthesis, which allowed to state the relationship between the conditions under which the collections were acquired and the actual consequences.
