Dynamical behavior for the nonautonomous logistic equation

This paper is concerned with the dynamical behavior of some nonautonomous diffusive logistic equations. By means of the upper-lower solutions method, we obtain the dynamical behavior of solutions when the linear reaction term is nonautonomous. When the nonautonomous nonlinear term disappears, we prove that there appears a blow up phenomenon. In addition, we study the corresponding nonlocal dispersal problem and obtain quite different dynamical behavior corresponding to the local diffusion problem.

Abstract

This paper is concerned with the dynamical behavior of some nonautonomous diffusive logistic equations. By means of the upper-lower solutions method, we obtain the dynamical behavior of solutions when the linear reaction term is nonautonomous. When the nonautonomous nonlinear term disappears, we prove that there appears a blow up phenomenon. In addition, we study the corresponding nonlocal dispersal problem and obtain quite different dynamical behavior corresponding to the local diffusion problem.
