Architecture and algorithms for using the internet of things in smart city systems

An overview of the content and relationships of architecture and algorithms for using the Internet of Things (IoT) in smart city systems is presented. It is shown that there are number of actual problems related to smart devices. Since data exchange is essential for ensuring system integration of the urban environment, primarily the development of smart devices, there is a need for decentralization, transparency and openness of the integration of the urban environment for efficient data transfer between them. When developing the architecture and algorithms for using IoT in smart city systems, it is important to consider subnetworks. An example is a smart city structure, where a sensor is connected to a lighting line, which can be part of an extensive architectural program. A smart building can be part of a smart city network. In this regard, it is necessary consider the fact that data can be transmitted not only locally, but also through an extensive network of buildings and to a large network of cities. The development of new smart city networks is necessary to solve the existing limitations оf their construction. It is established that the construction of a new type smart city network has of great importance for optimizing the national management system and increasing its potential. Abstract
